Description
Our managed services client is seeking a Cloud Platforms Leader (10+ years) to direct vision, strategy, and performance across Azure, Modern Workplace, and Managed Services operations
Drive enterprise-scale cloud strategy and operations within a dynamic managed services portfolio encompassing cloud, infrastructure, modern workplace, and security delivery. This executive role offers influence across service excellence, client engagement, and high-visibility cloud transformation initiatives. The position provides leadership across multiple delivery teams, with ownership of performance, governance, and Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) standards.

End Date: December 31, 2027
Location: Remote, Ontario, occasional travel to end client site in Kincardine
Must Haves
- 10-12+ years in Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, EUC, and Azure platform environments, including 3-5+ years in production technical leadership and DevOps experience
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise Managed Services delivery across cloud, infrastructure, and security domains
- Strong background in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change), including CAB governance and postmortem leadership
- Hands-on Azure platform operations experience, including RBAC, policy, and monitoring for reliability and compliance
- Client-facing leadership experience with demonstrated executive presence and strategic communication
- Nuclear-level Clearance - can start while pending
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as ITIL 4, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104/AZ-305, AZ-500, or SC-100
- AI Customizations experience
Responsibilities
- Define and execute managed services strategy, roadmap, and service catalog for cloud platforms, EUC/Intune, identity, and infrastructure
- Own the managed services operating model including structure, roles, and delivery governance
- Lead and mentor service managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure SLA/SLO adherence and operational excellence
- Establish and maintain KPIs and performance metrics across managed services contracts
- Partner with technical leadership to standardize processes, runbooks, and automation frameworks
- Oversee client onboarding, service escalations, and long-term customer health
- Contribute as a senior member of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), shaping strategy and best practices
