Description
Position Title: Change Request Consultant
Line of Business: CONTRACT GOVNCE & OVERSIGHT -HR SERVICES & OPERATIONS - Provide comprehensive contract governance support for all HR material and high-risk contracts as well as shared governance support for all HR medium and low-risk contracts. Comprehensive support encompasses financials governance & controls, incident and change management. Shared governance support includes oversight for all in scope medium and low-risk contracts.
Target Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: until Oct 31st
Extension/FTE: Looking for CW to convert to FTE
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - 1st Friday of the month and then every Monday
Location Address: 81 Bay 34th Floor
Project: This role will support the end to end change request management process including managing the mailbox, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless drafting, processing, approval, record retention and any audits of Change Requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Description:
• Mailbox Management: Monitor and manage the CR mailbox to ensure timely responses and resolution of inquiries. Prioritize and categorize incoming requests for efficient processing.
• Change Request Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to draft and refine Change Requests. Ensure all Change Requests are processed in alignment with The Bank's policies and procedures. Track the status of Change Requests and follow up to obtain necessary approvals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CR Management team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment. Provide updates and reports on CR progress to relevant parties.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all Change Requests, including approvals and supporting documentation, including supporting any audit requests Ensure compliance with The Banks standards and guidelines throughout the CR process.
Must haves:
1. 3-5 years of prior experience in a corporate environment
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have:
• Financial skills is an asset
• Supplier governance experience
Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree
