Description
Location: Hamilton, ON
Onsite 2 days/week - Tues/Wed MANDATORY - the schedule will alternate between two days onsite, then three days, and back to two days, and so on.
Hours: 35hr/wk
Contract: 5 Months + extension
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of change initiatives within the cybersecurity program.
- Drive stakeholder communication and adoption strategies for new processes/tools.
- Monitor progress, manage resistance, and report on adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
Must-Haves:
- Prosci Certification (or equivalent) - demonstrates knowledge of change frameworks without requiring on-the-job training.
- 2-3 successful change management implementations in IT or Cybersecurity environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to create adoption-focused materials and support end-user readiness.
Plusses:
- Experience in the public sector or on large-scale cyber initiatives (e.g., breach response).
- Ability to quickly adapt in high-demand environments where team members have multiple priorities.
