Business Systems Analyst - Digital Banking

Title: Senior Business System Analyst

Requisition Term: 12 months approx

Location:: Hybrid for now but no. of office days might increase in future - should have the ability to come to the office (Downtown/North York Locations) when required.

Job Description:

• The team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the technology that enhances the digital capabilities for the bank like onboarding, etc.
• Good to have past digital and financial institution experience.
• Digital onboarding experience is preferred
• Good to have experience in working with onboarding vendors like Incode, Gemalto, etc.
• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
• Effectively work remotely by providing continued/ongoing visibility, updates and level-setting expectations
• Participate (drive) Discovery / Intake stage of program initiatives. Deliver on high-level requirements and potentially be part of delivery team responsible in analyzing as well as developing technical requirements based on solution documentation

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years BA / BSA experience
• Well-versed in delivery frameworks (Traditional Waterfall, Full Agile, and Hybrid - both waterfall and agile)
• Technical knowledge in delivering technology advancement (previous SA experience desirable)
• System Integration / API working knowledge
• Vendor / external partnership expertise
• Digital/Web/Mobile banking experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience in Product Owner, Scrum Master/delivery lead capacity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science degree
