Business Analyst with quality assurance skills to support continuous improvements for digital applications


Must have:


  • Business Analyst with quality assurance skills to support continuous improvements for digital applications
  • Experience developing and implementing test plans that include manual and automated functional and performance testing initiatives for IT/OT/cloud-based digital solutions.
  • Experience facilitate process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of digital application deployments
  • Design, implement, and monitor QA procedures
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, software testing tools, and process optimization methodologies


Nice to have:

  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO) considered an asset.
  • Experience with OT preferred if not experience supporting field or engineering applications will be acceptable


Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of digital application deployments.

• Design, implement, and monitor QA procedures for digital applications, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, document best practices, and support change management efforts.

• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents, defects, and process deviations, delivering action plans to enhance application performance and user satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain documentation for QA standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement plans.

• Perform test planning, execution, and reporting, including manual and automated functional and performance testing initiatives for IT/OT/cloud-based digital solutions.

• Track and report on key process and quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Support training and communication activities to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across project teams.
