Our cllient Canda's largest consumer business, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support healthcare data products and communication workflows for two interrelated product streams.

Join a dynamic healthcare-focused data environment driving AI-based data cleansing and personalized campaign communication initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance-bridging technical, business, and regulatory dimensions under minimal supervision. You will help connect fragmented systems and support patient and pharmacy workflow enhancements within highly nuanced, compliance-sensitive projects. The engagement offers the opportunity to work across multiple product streams with strong strategic visibility and adaptability requirements.

Start Date: TBD; ASAP

Duration: 1 year (Initial contract will go to December, but there is budget for extension to next June)

Location: Hybrid - Brampton or North York, 1-2 days per week


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather and refine requirements across BOTH healthcare data and campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to translate business needs into technical deliverables
  • Support two product leads by managing competing priorities and facilitating requirement alignment
  • Identify gaps, clarify ambiguity, and proactively drive requirement documentation
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance in all deliverables
  • Adapt quickly to shifting healthcare and data project demands within a dynamic environment


Must Haves:


  • 6+ years in business analysis within healthcare or highly regulated industries (banking, loyalty etc.)
  • Previous experience working on a data product. Ability to translate data structures and technical workflows into actionable requirements and documentation for the business and data engineering team
  • Understanding of healthcare business knowledge, particularly in patient and pharmacy workflows or other direct-to-patient scenario; ability to write meaningful requirements
  • Strong awareness of privacy, regulatory, and compliance considerations within healthcare contexts
  • Ability to context-switch, and support two product streams concurrently; ability to thrive in ambiguity and can work independently without the support of Director
