Description
Client is looking for a BSA with 5-6 years experience in the insurance domain - P&C is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will be working on a large development project and will be working closely as a liaison between the dev teams, 3rd party vendors and the business.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline, business analysis or equivalent education
work experience
• Min 5 years experience in a Business Systems Analysis role.
• 2-4 years of experience in the insurance domain - P&C is desirable.
• SQL Experience.
• Developer experience an asset, but not required.
• Background in proven and emerging architectures/technologies such as SOA, web services and
cloud computing.
• Solid exposure to multi-tiered architecture, design, and implementation.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Previous Insurance Industry experience is an asset.
• Strong creativity in solution design; inventive thinking.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent activities and the ability to adapt to
changing priorities.
