Our consumer technology client is seeking an Bilingual Software Implementation Specialist / Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (3+ years) to coordinate software onboarding and deployment

Join a dynamic Product Delivery team driving solution launches and client onboarding in a bilingual (English/French) environment. This role delivers end-to-end implementation, from requirements gathering through deployment and client transition. You’ll collaborate with global and technical teams, support software configuration, and ensure successful go-live for complex product solutions across multiple regions. The position offers high visibility and involves up to 30% travel.

Initial 6-month contract, with strong possibility of extension / conversion to permanent full-time. Remote, however candidates with the ability to work on-site or travel regularly to Québec City and surrounding areas would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and deployment of new client software applications
  • Serve as the bilingual liaison for French-speaking clients and conduct meetings in both languages
  • Gather client requirements and document implementation plans
  • Translate and localize project documentation and training materials
  • Test software and hardware performance to ensure functionality
  • Facilitate client training sessions
  • Support go-live activities, hypercare, and system upgrades
  • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Business Development teams on product launches
  • Transition client relationships to Operations upon successful deployment


Must Haves

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) with ability to lead bilingual client engagements
  • 3+ years supporting technical applications with working knowledge of SQL and database structures
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations and related systems such as POS, inventory, or kitchen management
  • Valid Passport and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
  • Post-secondary education in a related technical discipline

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ticketing or ski industry operations
