Overview

As part of the implementation of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database), we are looking for a CMDB Solution Architect with a strong vision for integrating multiple data sources.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a CMDB using Jira Insights, requiring a combination of skills in architecture, integration, and IT Service Management (ITSM), along with strong expertise in Jira and its modules.Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a CMDB solution based on Jira Insights
• Define and design integrations between various source systems (IT tools, applications, infrastructure)
• Structure and design data models and Configuration Items (CIs)
• Ensure alignment with ITSM processes and best practices
• Manage and oversee CMDB deployment and governance

Must Haves:

• Microservices architecture on AWS
• Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
• Experience working in Agile environments
• IT Asset Management (ITAM / CMDB): ability to identify, structure, and manage IT assets (servers, applications, services, networks, etc.)
• Data modeling: ability to design relationships between configuration items (applications, servers, networks, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Jira / Jira Insights

Screening Priorities (Critical)

• Proven experience building and implementing a CMDB (not just using one)
• Ability to manage complex, multi-source integrations

Dans le cadre de la mise en place de la CMDB, nous avons besoin d'un architecte de solution CMDB ayant une vision des

intégrations à réaliser entre les différentes sources de données. Un architecte logiciel en charge de la mise en place d’une CMDB à

l’aide de Jira Insights doit avoir un ensemble de compétences diverses, couvrant la conception, l'intégration, et la gestion de

solutions ITSM (IT Service Management) ainsi que des compétences sur Jira et ses modules.

•Architecture microservices sur AWS

•Compréhension du cadre ITIL

Connaissance en méthodologies agiles

•Connaissances en gestion des actifs IT : Savoir identifier, structurer, et gérer les éléments de

configuration d'une infrastructure IT (serveurs, applications, services, réseaux, etc.).

•Modélisation de données : Concevoir la structure de la CMDB en identifiant les relations entre les différents éléments de configuration (CI) tels que les applications, les serveurs, le réseau, etc.
