Banking Senior Security Consultant - experience in security integration and authentication 102631-1

Position Title: Senior Security Consultant

Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - 1 day a week + 1 Friday a month

Office Location: 81 Bay

What project will this contractor be working on? The contractor will work on building and enhancing The Bank's Authentication Hub, a shared authentication and authorization platform used across the enterprise. The work includes security integration, CIAM, and multi-factor authentication capabilities.

• Delivery Focused- Work closely with internal partners to determine, negotiate and manage projects to the agreed upon timeline. Monitor finances identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions. Under your leadership implement projects in a timely fashion that are of high quality, low cost and on budget.

• People Leadership- Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct, motivate, and develop your team, maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.

• Relationship Management- Work closely with project teams, executives, stakeholders and business partners to develop, and implement application programs. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology implementation possibilities and requirements.

10 years experience in. Hands on experience in Delivery with a strong technical background, responsible for meeting the business needs of various business units. It is an asset if you have experience with Java technology along with knowledge of API frameworks is a must have. Strong expertise and knowledge on Authentication, CIAM and Security Platforms is must have.

Must Have Requirements:

5+ years of experience in security integration and authentication

Strong expertise in:

Authentication and authorization - 5+ years

CIAM concepts - 5+ years

Multi-factor authentication - 5+ years

Hands-on solution architecture and design experience - 5+ years

Java / Java-based technology experience- 5+ years

Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
