Supports agile marketing pods responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across the .com site and mobile platforms. The team works closely with marketing campaign leads to develop and release campaigns, including digital experiences and customer engagement features such as pop-ups using platforms like Braze.

Job Description:

Tester will support agile marketing teams by executing manual testing for digital marketing campaigns across web and mobile platforms. The role involves validating campaign functionality, accessibility compliance, and user experience consistency for features deployed to the .com environment.

Responsibilities include:

Hands-on experience with modern marketing tech stack (Braze, AEM, Workfront exposure)

• Performing end-to-end manual testing of marketing campaigns and features

• Collaborating with agile pods including developers, campaign leads, and product stakeholders

• Logging, tracking, and managing defects using Jira

• Supporting campaign intake and workflow processes (Jira/Adobe Workfront)

• Validating accessibility standards using tools such as NVDA

• Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes within agile environments

Must Have Requirement:

2-3 QA Experience - Manual Testing

Experience with Jira/Confluence

1+ year experience with Accessibility - NVDA

Nice to Have:

AEM

Headless CMS Experience
