About the Role

Our client is in a rapid growth phase and actively building AI-driven solutions across clinical, operational, and client-facing use cases. We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the definition, execution, and delivery of multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.

This role is highly cross-functional and business-facing. You will work closely with ML Engineers, an AI Implementation Lead, and business stakeholders to translate real business problems into AI-powered solutions that can move quickly from concept to production.

The ideal candidate is polished, articulate, and confident speaking with senior business leaders, while also being comfortable having informed conversations with highly technical AI practitioners.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple AI initiatives, managing 6-7 active use cases at a time
• Partner with business stakeholders to:
• Identify AI opportunities
• Clearly define problems, success metrics, and value
• Communicate progress and outcomes in business-friendly terms
• Translate business needs into:
• Clear AI use cases
• Product requirements
• Rollout and go-to-market plans
• Work closely with:
• ML Engineers (model development and performance)
• AI Implementation / Integration Lead (deployment and scaling)
• Data and technology teams
• Drive timeline management and execution, including:
• Delivery milestones
• Launch sequencing
• Phased rollout strategies
• Guide AI solutions from ideation validation deployment iteration
• Act as a key bridge between technical teams and the business, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and momentum
• Support vendor evaluation and collaboration where third-party AI solutions are involved
• Help drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization through clear communication and stakeholder engagement
• Stay current on AI trends and capabilities and assess where they can create practical value

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong product management skill set, including:
• Roadmapping
• Prioritization
• Timeline and execution management
• 3-4+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of direct experience working with AI-driven products or solutions
• Solid understanding of:
• How AI and machine learning systems work (conceptually)
• The practical capabilities and limitations of AI
• Ability to confidently engage in conversations with:
• Business stakeholders and leaders
• Technical teams (ML, integration, data)
• Experience translating complex technical topics into clear, business-oriented messaging
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Background in life sciences, data, or engineering
• Familiarity with:
• Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• AI-powered workflows and automation
• Exposure to Azure-based AI environments
• Experience working with AI forums, communities, or thought leadership initiatives
