Position Title: AI Chatbot solution architect

Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: hybrid, every Tuesday and Wednesday and 1 Friday of month

Office Location: 161 Bay 4th Floor

Supplier call: Tuesday 1:30 pm

Work Schedule (hours per week, start time): mon- fri 9-5, 37.50/week

Best vs average candidate: person need to understand AI technology, communicate to tech and business teams, someone who has built AI Chatbot before, banking experience, cloud experience.



Key Responsibilities:

• AI Chatbot Strategy and Planning:

o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand chatbot use cases, goals, and requirements

o Identify key user journeys and define chatbot intents, entities, and conversation flows

o Define the AI roadmap and align it with the organization's strategic objectives

o Stay updated on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices

• Solution Design and Architecture:

o Design end-to-end AI chatbot architectures

o Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions

o Select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks based on project requirements

o Ensure chatbot responses are accurate, context-aware, and aligned with the brand's tone and style

• Collaboration and Leadership

o Work with cross-functional teams (e.g. developers, business, etc.) and provide technical guidance

o Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment

• Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

o Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI implementations, such as bias or security vulnerabilities.


Must Have skills:

· AI/ML development and deployment experience - 8+ years.

· Experience in architecture/designer role - 3+ years

· Hands-on experience in designing AI architectures for large-scale applications - 8+ years

· Familiarity with AI best practices and regulatory compliance.

· Strong knowledge of frameworks or tools for agentic AI (e.g., LangChain, semantic kernel, etc.)

· Experience with RAG and agentic AI.

· Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs.

· Understanding of prompt engineering and techniques to reduce hallucinations

· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and AI services.

· Expertise in designing scalable and distributed systems.

· Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integration.

· Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into AI solutions.

· Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).


Nice to have:

· Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.

· Understanding of data engineering and database systems.

· Banking/financial industry experience

· Have Built Chatbot in previous projects
