Responsibilities:


Candidates must possess at least a diploma in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or a Digital Data-related discipline. The ideal applicant should have minimum two years of professional experience in the field.

Position Overview

This role has been created to support existing adobe and other tagging requests, and as such, it is an existing position within the organization. The team comprises approximately 30 members. The successful candidate will interact with stakeholders for about half of their working time.

This position offers a at least one year contract with a strong possibility of extension and conversion to a full-time employee (FTE) status.

Performance Measurement

Performance in this role will be assessed based on the quality and timely delivery of work, ongoing feedback, meetings with business and other analyst stakeholder, and the completion of specific deliverables.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementation. This includes utilizing data layers, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configurations, custom JavaScript, JSON, and integrating with other systems.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to define KPIs, tagging requirements, and the overall measurement strategy for the digital marketing and AI2 group.

• Managing daily operations and implementation of the analytics stack, which may include tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Target, Medallia DXA, Rakuten, Facebook in addition to adobe products.

• Developing and maintaining implementation documents, such as Solution Design Reference (SDR) files, Data Layer specifications, and custom JavaScript.

• Ensuring the timely delivery and accuracy of documentation and technical coding-including HTML, JavaScript, and ActionScript-through the Tag Management System and Adobe Launch/Google Tag Manager/Ensighten.

• Working with technology teams to implement analytics solutions, providing guidance on data layer implementation, troubleshooting, data feeds, and system integrations.

• Staying up to date with product updates (for example, Adobe, Meta, CoPilot), following best practices, and proactively implementing required changes and communicating them appropriately.

• Providing consultative services, training, and validation support to quality assurance and testing teams.

MUST-HAVE

1.) 5+ years of experience with JavaScript

2.) Two years of experience in web analytics implementation (Adobe Preferred).

3.) Experience using Jira and Confluence

4.) Experience with analytics tagging implementation, including Google Analytics, marketing tagging, and Adobe Analytics.


NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Adobe or Google Analytics Certifications

2.) Banking or Financial domain experience

3.) Python and SQL

4.) Power BI or Tableau

5.) AI experience


Degree/Level of Education: Degree or Diploma is required

Certifications Required: Adobe or Google Analytics Certifications are a nice to have
