{Remote} Intermediate Training and Development Specialist to design, implement and deliver training to support the adoption of Ariba

Our Calgary Agriculture client is hiring an Intermediate Training and Development Specialist to design, implement and deliver training to support the adoption of Ariba.

Must Have:

• 3+ years' experience designing and delivering adult education, human resources, and/or organizational development, ideally within Procurement and Supply Chain
• Experience designing and delivering training materials including:
• Job Aids
• User Guides
• E-learning
• Presentations for instructor-led and virtual sessions
• Proficient with e-learning authoring tools, video creation software and LMS platforms
• Working experience jumping into an infight project, eliciting information regarding processes and building training to support these

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Ariba, preferably Guided Sourcing and Contract Modules

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust training strategy for SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules tailored to a variety of end-user audiences.
• Design, create, and deliver training materials including job aids, user guides, e-learning and presentations; for instructor-led and virtual sessions.
• Conduct needs assessments to customize training content to suit different user groups’ experience levels and roles.
• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using adult learning techniques to ensure high knowledge retention and practical application.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to incorporate continuous feedback into training materials and delivery methods.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments and stakeholder feedback; and implement adjustments for ongoing improvement.
