Description
*Contract to Perm*- Senior ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to maintain databases and perform audits of hardware and configuration items-
Location: Toronto/Mississauga/Scarborough- Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)
First 2 Months will be in Scarborough then can go to either Toronto or Mississauga offices
Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: 90-100k - To be confirmed
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ Years of hands on working experience in data reporting with ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management and Service Catalogue and Service now Incident/Problem/Change management
- 5+ years of working experience in performing audits of hardware and configuration items, as needed to maintain accuracy within the CMDB, with hands on experience in monitoring and managing expectations to CMDB policies
- Expert Level Skill with MS Excel to create/maintain macros, pivot tables, Vlookup
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands on technical working experience with SQL, python, power bi
- Hands on technical experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including service mapping.
