*Contract to Perm*- Operational Remediation Lead and Analysts with ServiceNow Workflow and Ticketing experience-

Location: Toronto/Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)

Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: 90-120k - To be confirmed

Job Description:

• Respond to submitted tickets related to discovery issues or broken workflows, unrecognized installs, missing software from discovery, etc.
• Review reports of outliers, anomalies, or incomplete records and work with SAM Tech Enablement team, CMDB and endpoint teams to resolve data quality issues
• Identify and generate tickets related to prohibited software, track remediation to completion, report to Program / SAM Business operations and other key stakeholders
• Triage & assign tasks to required internal IT support teams or app owner teams, i.e. IT support or server owners to uninstall prohibited software
• Opens SN incident or tasks for issues reported by stakeholders, i.e. SN content library corrections or updates required)
• Track to closure and report to Program / SAM Business Operations side

Job #1- Analyst Role

Must Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in operational remediation
• Experience with ServiceNow workflow and Ticketing
• Experience with ITSM processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience SAM Operations
• Experience with FI

Job #2- Lead Role

Must Have Skills:

• 8+ Years of experience in technical operational remediation including SAM, IAM experience
• Demonstrated Leadership experience leading SAM or other technical remediation activities - ex discovery or data quality resolution, non-compliance technology remediation, audit and risk response support.
• Strong understanding of SAM and ITAM operation models
