Description
*Contract to Perm*- Junior Database Administrator to updating and reporting lifecycle data for software installed related to ServiceNow with one of our major banking clients
Location: Toronto/- Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)
Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: 50-70k- To be confirmed
Job Description:
- New focus area added to SAM for managing (including research), updating and reporting lifecycle data for software installed discovered in use by the Bank - need to ensure processes for collecting relevant data points are in place and provide reporting to key stakeholder driving lifecycle retirement / remediation decisions
- Monitor and remediate missing lifecycle dates, discrepancies in data on software discovered and ensure completeness to target threshold
Must Have Skills:
- 0-3 Experience with maintaining database admin and data analysis, data management
- Experience with data management in Excel, Power BI,
- Experience with Maintaining Databases
- Reporting Experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with SAM Tool/ Service Now preferred
- Experience with researching for data input
