*Contract to Perm* Intermediate ServiceNow Administrator to configure and Maintain SN SAM Pro tooling with one of our major banking clients-

Location: Toronto/Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)

Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Salary: 90-100k - To be confirmed

Job Description:

• Configure & maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro tooling
• Manage and maintain normalization rules and ensure normalization to target threshold
• Establish data model table and connection to other modules in the platform
• Create and maintain software models based on input/requirements from SAM Business Operations for license requirements and/or EA for catalog and prohibited software requirements
• Map discovery models to appropriate software models as required for subsequent downstream processes such as Unauthorized and/or licensing reconciliations
• Monitor completeness, duplication, and discovery data and normalization health
• Reconcile discovery gaps and feed issues to Tech remediation & operational support team

Must Have Skills:

• 3-5 Years of experience in system of technical administration
• Experience with large data modeling (in Excel- v lookups, pivots)
• Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro Module including but not limited to Normalization (Microsoft or Microsoft Inc)
• Experience with reporting (Power BI)
• Supports audits (internal and license auditing) and compliance support and data govenmence workstreams
• Experience with SAM from business process perspective

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SQL
• Supporting Aufits (Internal and License auditing)
