Position SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic R&D and production team. Key Responsibilities- Read, understand, and create electrical schematics and layouts (CAD-based)
- Prepare technical documentation, including instructional guides and user manuals
- Collaborate directly with the R&D team to develop new solutions and improve existing designs
- Interface with the production floor to ensure proper execution and integration of electrical systems
- Support projects from concept to completion, including testing and final implementation
- Occasionally provide technical support for equipment or system troubleshooting
- Be available for occasional worldwide travel to client sites for installation, commissioning, or support
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or DEC + experience)
- Bilingual (French and English – both written and spoken are required)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Organized, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with industrial automation or machine controls
- Experience with vision systems (an asset)
- Interest or experience in AI integration or spectral technologies
- Experience with technical support or customer service in engineering contexts
