What does your role involve? Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounts payable email inbox
  • Receive, record, and file invoices
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile gratuities (tips)
Weekly Responsibilities
  • Prepare supplier invoice payments
  • Manage statements and monitor account balances
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Participate in month-end closing processes
  • Prepare GST/QST reports
  • Prepare lodging tax reports
  • Collect data for sales reporting modules
Required Qualifications
  • Accounting background (education and/or experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel and Word)
  • Bilingualism in French and English required due to regular interactions with an international clientele
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
