We are currently seeking Specialized Educators, Special Care Counsellors, and Psychosocial Workers to work on temporary or contractual assignments in Quebec’s social services, school, and healthcare sectors.

• Intervene with vulnerable populations (behavioral issues, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, mental health, reintegration challenges).

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IIP).

• Provide educational, behavioral, and psychosocial support.

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Respect institutional policies, ethics, and safety protocols.

• Children and adolescents in difficulty (youth protection, specialized classrooms).

• Individuals living with intellectual disabilities (ID) or autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

• Adults facing mental health challenges or reintegration processes.

• Children in daycare or early childhood centers (CPEs).

• Seniors and vulnerable adults in need of daily assistance.

• CHSLDs (long-term care homes)

• CLSCs (local community health centers)

• Primary and secondary schools (public and private)

• Youth protection centers

• Daycares and Early Childhood Centers (CPEs)

• Hospitals and rehabilitation centers

• Community organizations

• College diploma (DEC) in Special Education, Social Intervention, or equivalent.

• Relevant experience with similar populations (minimum 6 months preferred).

• Strong adaptability, empathy, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in French (oral & written).

• English may be required depending on the contract and region.

• Registration in the Independent Workforce Registry (MOI) may be required for some contracts.
