$32,13h/hour first 6 months. $34.03 after 16 months (Including night shift premium). 3% increase every year

The operator is responsible for ALL manufacturing steps on 2 high capacity automatic machines (500 bags/minute).
Raw material supply
Mechanical maintenance and repairs, lubrication
Diagnosis (troubleshooting) and adjustments
Product change (printing setup)
Quality control
Each machine includes 3 parts in continuous operation:
flexo printing (2-4 colors)
the folder/former
The packer (500 bags/pack).
This work requires common sense and mechanical skill in order to carry out repairs and various precision adjustments.

The training lasts 8 weeks

The schedule is Monday to Friday,
11:30 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. (days start the day before), 36.75 hours/week.
