Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support the Testing Center of Excellence.


The role is responsible for defining and executing test strategies, leading QA efforts on small to medium initiatives, performing functional and integration testing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


This position works closely with QA Leads and QA Managers to ensure quality standards, risk management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Execution

  • Define and drive test plans and testing strategies across multiple projects.

  • Lead QA activities on small to medium-sized initiatives.

  • Provide accurate testing estimates, proactively identify risks, and ensure delivery timelines are met.

  • Perform functional, story-level, and System Integration Testing (SIT).

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.

Test Design & Execution

  • Analyze business requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure adequate test coverage.

  • Write, execute, and document test cases using Zephyr.

  • Perform manual testing activities aligned with project requirements.

  • Execute API testing using Postman.

  • Perform SQL queries for database validation.

Defect Management & Collaboration

  • Track, manage, and document defects using JIRA.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

  • Ensure proper communication of defects, risks, and test results.

Process Improvement & Team Support

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize testing workflows and efficiency.

  • Mentor and guide team members when required.

  • Work closely with QA Leads and Managers to support QA governance and delivery standards.

Technical Skills & Tools
  • Test Case Management: Zephyr

  • Defect Tracking & Project Management: JIRA

  • API Testing: Postman

  • Database Validation: SQL

  • Methodology: Agile / Scrum

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

  • Strong expertise in manual testing, test execution, and QA strategy.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, PIM, and Merchandising domains.

  • Familiarity with SIDMA and Progress systems.

  • Proven ability to lead QA efforts and mentor team members.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

  • Nice to have: experience in test automation using JavaScript / Node.js.
