Position Summary
Reporting to the National Director of Operations Support, the Senior Industrial Engineer plays a key role in optimizing store work schedules. He/She develops data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce labor-related costs, and support field teams in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement schedule optimization models for stores using the Legion tool.

  • Analyze performance and labor data using Power BI to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with store management teams to understand operational needs and tailor proposed solutions.

  • Develop strategic recommendations aimed at improving productivity while maintaining customer service standards.

  • Influence internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of best practices in workforce management.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in labor optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in operational optimization, ideally in retail.

  • Proficiency with Proficiency in MS Office, retail systems, Legion and Power BI tools.

  • Excellent strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to influence and engage teams in change initiatives.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
