The Senior Analyst, Shared Services FP&A supports several corporate functions within the Shared Services organization. The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and performance management of G&A expenses across these areas.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this position works closely with business leaders and Accounting to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen month-end reporting, and enhance financial visibility. The analyst will also help rebuild and streamline existing processes and tools to create a more consistent and efficient FP&A framework for Shared Services.

Your role

  • Partner with Shared Services leaders and their management teams to build, manage, and review budgets and forecasts

  • Work closely with Accounting to strengthen month-end processes, timelines, and data accuracy

  • Maintain and enhance reporting models to provide clear visibility on spend and headcount

  • Gather and consolidate business inputs, producing analysis that explains key movements and trends

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and timing impacts, and communicate insights to senior leaders

  • Simplify and standardize how FP&A delivers reports, analyses, and business updates

  • Help design and implement more structured, efficient FP&A models and templates to replace fragmented tools

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of how Shared Services plans, tracks, and explains its results

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or CFA an asset)

  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with exposure to multiple business areas

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to understand what drives results

  • Proven ability to organize, build, and simplify complex models and reporting tools

  • Very strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power Query or automation techniques is an asset

  • Comfortable working with financial systems and large data sets

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
