Own discovery-to-delivery on core commerce journeys (search/browse, PDP, cart/checkout, fulfillment, Pro). Blend research, product thinking, and hands‑on craft to ship top notch e-com experience.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, SEO and Business to improve conversion, AOV, NPS and retention.
Your role :

Design workflows, interactions, and interfaces at multiple fidelities (flows, wireframes, prototypes, UX and UI).

Turn customer insights (analytics, voice of customer, usability) into clear decisions and lean experiments.

Plan/facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co‑creation workshops.

Lead journeys, user flows, and prototypes across web/app;
-
Explore opportunities across content, interaction patterns, personalization, and third‑party tech.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, UX Research, SEO, AI, Data, Merch, and Support to launch and iterate.

Evolve the design system; document patterns and edge cases,
-
Define success metrics with Analytics; run/read A/B tests; iterate to impact.
The Qualifications we're looking for :
-
5+ years in UX/Product Design with shipped e‑commerce experiences and measurable impact.

Hand-on Designers with strong Product thinking, clean files, organized and pro active
-
Experience designing for e-com and curious about AI‑powered systems
-
Familiar with AI/interaction/prototyping skills;
-
Fluent in Figma and rapid prototyping (Figma make etc).

Up‑to‑date human‑centered design practices; co-plan and co-conduct research (contextual interviews, ethnography, user testing).
-
Comfortable distilling complex data and viewpoints into crisp narratives and decisions.
-
Proven collaboration with global or cross‑site product and engineering teams; strong storytelling skills for varied audiences.
Nice to have :
-
Pro/B2B2C retail, PIM/OMS/CMS/payments/inventory familiarity.

Familiar with Hotjar/ContentSquare.

Bilingual (EN/FR).
