Role Description

Are you passionate about B2B field marketing, high-impact engagement strategies, and creating experiences that truly resonate with professional clients?
Join our marketing team and play a key role in developing and executing innovative activation strategies designed to strengthen brand awareness, acquisition, and retention among our Pro customers.

As a Marketing Specialist - Pro Activations & Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B growth and engagement by activating our brand with professional customers across all key touchpoints. Acting as a true orchestrator, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-impact, insight-driven marketing initiatives tailored specifically to the needs of Pro and trade audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B-focused brand activations designed to engage, retain, and grow Pro customers through integrated campaigns, events, promotions, and experiential initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business objectives, category strategies, and channel requirements within a B2B environment to build targeted, high-performing activation plans.

  • Analyze and optimize the B2B customer journey, identifying opportunities to strengthen loyalty, increase lifetime value, and drive new Pro customer acquisition.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of multichannel B2B marketing strategies, ensuring messaging is relevant, consistent, and aligned to professional customer needs at every touchpoint.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage B2B events and promotional programs, ensuring execution excellence, strong customer engagement, and measurable business impact.

  • Manage activation budgets with a focus on ROI, performance tracking, and efficiency in a B2B marketing context.

  • Write clear, strategic, and actionable briefs for creative teams and marketing partners that reflect B2B objectives and audience insights.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and best practices within B2B marketing and Pro-focused industries to proactively recommend innovative activation ideas.

  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights to continuously optimize B2B marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, trade marketing, or professional customer-focused activations, with demonstrated project coordination expertise.

  • Strong understanding of B2B customer behavior, segmentation, and omnichannel engagement strategies.

  • Passion for experiential marketing, brand activations, and creating meaningful, value-driven experiences for professional audiences.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) both written and spoken (Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)
