This position requires 2 to 3 days on-site presence, Monday to Friday during daytime hours, at our head office in Martin Grove.

Our expectationsThe Inside Specialist, national account plays a leading role as RONA’s representative and establishes direct contact with Association members with whom we negotiate national agreements on our products and services. They must build a relationship of trust and support them in their purchasing process by identifying internal partners who can assist them according to their needs. They ensure clear communication of the details of the master agreements and the benefits associated with them.
Your roleWork closely with the National Account Managers to initiate direct approaches and build relationships of trust with Association members.
Understand the master agreement and the products offered.
Promote our various products and advantages by phone so that members begin sourcing from RONA.
Provide customer support to help clients purchase the desired products.
Identify the appropriate internal partners to delegate local sales opportunities.
Be responsible for communicating the main clauses and discounts granted to the client’s account to all the stakeholders include in the relationship with the member.
Ensure that the information in the CRM is accurate to facilitate contact by our internal partners (store and external sales team).
Assign members (PRO clients) to the right internal resources in Salesforce (CRM).
Has more than 3 years of experience in inside sales role and solution selling over the phone.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is committed to achieving key performance indicators by identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
Knowledge of customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce - an asset.
Able to work independently to achieve objectives and effectively as part of a team.
Respects deadlines, pays attention to detail, and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
