Our expectations

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director, Corporate FP&A to join our Finance leadership team. The Director, Corporate FP&A will provide financial clarity by developing forward-looking models, managing the annual budgeting process, and delivering rolling forecasts that guide key business decisions. The Director will also play a core role in synthesizing monthly results, identifying business drivers, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. As a pillar of strategic financial analysis, this individual will partner closely with senior leadership to shape the financial direction of the company, ensuring alignment between near-term goals and long-term growth objectives.

Your role

  • Lead, develop, and elevate a high-performing corporate FP&A team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.

  • Partner with divisional FP&A teams, accounting, treasury and operations to ensure financial alignment and to drive business performance.

  • Lead the development, consolidation, and analysis of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment across the enterprise, precision in financial outputs, and delivery of high-impact strategic insights to support key decision-making.

  • Consolidate and analyze actual financial results, comparing performance against KPIs, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Deliver and enhance consolidated reporting packages, financial models, dashboards, and presentations for the VP FP&A, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Shareholders

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data integrity.

The qualifications we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, Master’s Degree or CPA/CFA designation is a strong asset.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience in a corporate/head office FP&A function with exposure to executive-level reporting.

  • Exceptional financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools); knowledge of TM1 and Oracle Cloud an asset.

  • Proven ability to distill complex financial data into clear, concise insights for senior leadership.

  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication skills-able to present financial information effectively to executives and board members.

  • Bilingual (French & English) - written and spoken.
