Maternity leave replacement. Temporary position, to be filled in February 2026 for 14 month. We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Become a member of our credit management team and make a difference to our financial performance! Use your negotiating flair and analytical expertise to manage customer accounts and meet a variety of challenges, in a dynamic working environment.

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES :

Credit and collection of accounts opened for RONA stores:

· Approve credit requests while following the company’s credit guidelines.

· Collection of past due accounts.

· Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up with the customer. Advise the sales representative when their intervention in required to collect.

· Suspend and reevaluate the credit line on accounts when needed.

· Apply the contract denunciation process when necessary- Legal hypothec of construction

· Participate in various related projects.

REQUIREMENTS :

· Having a college diploma in administration or in a related field

· Possessing a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of experience in similar tasks

· Autonomous, dynamic and skilled in communication.

· Customer service and result oriented

· Focus on teamwork

· Good expertise of Microsoft office software

· Knowledge in the field of construction business an asset
