The administrative agent - price integrity manages and updates price files across all sales channels. As part of their duties, they must collaborate with several groups and enter and validate data in the systems accurately and quickly. They ensure that price changes are implemented in stores in accordance with established procedures and schedules.

Your role

  • Ensures the maintenance and quality of data relating to retail prices and costs associated with active products:
    • Periodic and on-demand updates of retail prices
    • Enters exception prices and clearance prices into the system
    • Updates retail prices and costs for local items
  • If necessary, contacts merchandisers to validate and/or verify the information provided
  • Ensures the accuracy of the information entered using various tools and control reports at their disposal
  • Raise issues with the relevant people and make the necessary corrections
  • Prioritize requests based on volume, urgency, seasonality, and consistency of execution in stores.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders according to established deadlines
  • Work closely with the Product Integrity Management (PIM)
  • Actively participates in the development of quality standards and control tools necessary for the performance of duties
  • Ensures that prices are sent in all required systems and takes the necessary actions to correct if required
  • Responds to questions from stores
  • Works in various computer systems
  • Performs any other related tasks

The qualifications we are looking for

  • College diploma or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in retail pricing or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent reasoning
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of AS/400 (SIDMA) and MMS (SODA, WinDSS) is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
  • Excellent time management skills and good organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office software-Excel, Access, Word
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Good knowledge of retail, preferably in the residential renovation sector
