What does success look like?

In 6 months: You’ll be much more than a technician in training. You’ll have completed installations with your colleagues that are not only learning experiences and success stories. Deadlines will not be a constraint, but an opportunity to demonstrate your mastery of electromechanics and your commitment to excellence. Your interactions with our customers will be a chance to let your professionalism shine through your ability to listen attentively and offer effective solutions.

In 12 months: You will have developed technical expertise in our products, enabling you to solve complex problems and optimize equipment performance. You’ll lead improvement projects aimed at optimizing service department and product processes. You’ll be recognized by customers and colleagues as a professional and committed to company values.
