Your Impact:As a Sales Advisor, you will serve as the esteemed ambassador of the brand, embodying its values of excellence and quality. Your role is pivotal in delivering a world-class, personalized experience to our discerning clientele. You will be entrusted with cultivating long-lasting, meaningful relationships, offering bespoke services that cater to their unique tastes and desires.
Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through an exclusive journey, where you will curate selections that reflect their individual preferences, ensuring each interaction is an embodiment of the brand’s unparalleled prestige. In this capacity, you will ensure that every customer feels valued and understood, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture client relationships, provide personalized attention and a bespoke experience.
- Deliver exceptional, tailored customer service in-store or online. Ensure that all client interactions reflect the brand's top-quality standards.
- Master the knowledge of the brand and products and convey the value and technical details.
- Ensure the quality of the visual presentation of the boutique is in line with the brand’s image.
- Assist with organizing and be part of VIP events, and other luxury brand experiences.
- Work with the broader team to ensure high operational standards are met, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up to date with knowledge and skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
