YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients;

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close advantageous contracts;

  • Identify new sales opportunities and grow the market;

  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors;

  • Represent Propair at industry events and trade shows.

Requested skills

Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (marketing, communications) or equivalent experience;

  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience;

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car;

  • Availability for occasional business travel, including by plane.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Knowledge of sales, communication, and marketing techniques (an asset);

  • Experience with CRM systems (an asset);

  • Willingness to develop specialized expertise in the air transport industry.

Soft Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to tailor sales pitches to client needs;

  • Manage multiple files and projects simultaneously;

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change;

  • Strong sense of priorities and organization;

  • Results-oriented;
