Your Role
  • Monitor and coordinate daily flight schedules to ensure efficient operations;

  • Position aircraft on the ramp according to available space, scheduled departures, baggage transfer requirements, and wind conditions;

  • Install the required aircraft safety cones and ground equipment as requested by customers;

  • Verify baggage and cargo labels to ensure they are loaded onto the correct flights;

  • Sort baggage upon arrival from the baggage handling system;

  • Perform basic mechanical inspections and complete maintenance reports for ground support equipment;

  • Operate forklifts, baggage tractors, and tugs as required to transport baggage and cargo to and from aircraft;

  • Load and unload baggage and cargo safely and efficiently;

  • Maintain a safe and secure ramp environment at all times;

  • Prioritize customer service requests while meeting operational timelines and departure schedules;

  • Manage aircraft fueling operations and ensure the quality control of Jet A and 100LL aviation fuel;

  • Perform aircraft de-icing operations when surfaces are contaminated by snow, ice, or frost;

  • Clean the interior and exterior of Propair aircraft;

  • Reconfigure aircraft cabin layouts as operationally required;

  • Decontaminate medical aircraft following patient transport;

  • Assist the warehouse team with cargo preparation for scheduled flights;

  • Receive fuel tanker deliveries and prepare fueling valves for refilling airport fuel storage tanks.
