YOUR ROLE

  • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to support the group’s growth and visibility;

  • Design and coordinate the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials (brochures, digital content, social media);

  • Write diverse content and manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistency and quality of internal and external communications;

  • Animate and manage the social media presence, create visual content, and engage with the community;

  • Collaborate in managing and updating the corporate and transactional websites;

  • Participate in managing the marketing budget and coordinate various internal and external stakeholders.

Requested skills

Professional Requirements:

  • University degree in communication, marketing, or other relevant fields.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing and communications.

  • Available for occasional travel (valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle).

Operational Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written French and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Skilled in various digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and WordPress).

  • Experience with content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and CapCut (an asset).

  • Experience with CRM software (an asset).

  • Willingness to develop specialized expertise in the air transportation industry.

Skills and Competencies (Soft Skills):

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and facilitate project management.

  • Capacity to work autonomously while following major directions.

  • Good ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

  • Excellent sense of priorities and organizational skills.
