YOUR ROLE


Reporting to the Business Development and Marketing Manager, the Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing the organization’s digital and visual content. You play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, engaging online communities, and ensuring consistency of the visual identity across all platforms.

More specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, videographers, suppliers);
  • Design printed and digital graphic materials (promotional visuals, banners, presentations, corporate documents);
  • Plan and maintain the group’s social media editorial calendar;
  • Create, schedule, and publish visual and video content (images, stories, reels, short videos, real‑time or spontaneous content);
  • Write copy tailored to various social media platforms;
  • Animate online communities and interact with followers (messages, comments, reviews);
  • Ensure consistent application of the brand’s visual identity across all channels;
  • Contribute to the execution and monitoring of digital campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team;
  • Analyze content performance and stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
  • College or university education in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media or content creation;
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro);
  • Submission of a portfolio (applications including a portfolio will be prioritized);
  • Experience in video editing, photography, or video production is an asset;
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Comfortable with occasional travel, including air transportation.
