YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate and manage training activities for flight personnel;

  • Provide general administrative support to operations, including processing post-flight documentation, drafting documents, handling internal communication, and organizing meetings;

  • Support senior management in preparing documents and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;

  • Screen communications intended for management, draft internal and/or external emails, and provide logistical support for strategic events;

  • Manage inventories of uniforms, office supplies, and promotional materials.

Requested skills

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Diploma in Secretariat, Administration, or another relevant similar field;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Bilingual in English and French (50% of operations are conducted in English);

  • Experience with document management or training platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a regulated environment.

  • Autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
