YOUR ROLE

  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities for the organization;

  • Reconcile accounts and complete bank reconciliations;

  • Review accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports;

  • Record period-end adjusting journal entries;

  • Complete various government and statistical reports;

  • Contribute to finance-related projects and other administrative initiatives;

  • Ensure timely delivery of financial results;

  • Support the accounting team in its day-to-day operations;

  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Requested skills

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field;
  • Member in good standing of the Chartered Professional Accountants Order (an asset);
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools: Acomba, Nethris, Emprez (an asset);
  • Bilingual in English and French (an asset);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
