Progi is a Canadian company located in Quebec, specifically in Trois-Rivières. We develop software for the automotive and insurance industries. We have an impressive roster of clients, but above all, an extraordinary team.

This is an on-site position requiring 3 to 4 days per week.

• Ensure the relevance and prioritization of the backlog and bug list
• Maintain documentation for requests (ideas and initiatives)
• Prioritize the roadmap and playbook in collaboration with the OM
• Communicate updates and changes to the various teams
• Understand product users and gather their feedback
• Communicate the product vision
• Work with the development team to meet defined objectives
• Contribute to the definition and design phases of projects
• Support the translation of business needs into technical requirements
• Ensure the compliance of deliverables

• Between 7 and 12 years of relevant experience in the field
• A certificate in IT business analysis, or a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience with Agile development processes
• Product management experience
• Strong leadership
• Bilingual (French and English)

English is required to communicate with stakeholders who are unable to speak French (clients, suppliers, partners, etc.).
