We are looking for a Marketing Director to take charge of the entire marketing function and make it a pillar of our commercial performance, brand visibility, and product vision. Reporting to the President, the selected candidate will define, structure, and lead Progi’s marketing strategy to sustainably support the company’s growth, customer acquisition and retention, brand positioning, and the success of our products.

You will be responsible for building a strong marketing function focused on the market, data, and results.

What you will be doing every day
  • Define and lead the marketing strategy to support Progi’s growth.

  • Work weekly with leadership, sales, and product teams to align priorities, launches, and positioning.

  • Build and execute acquisition, awareness, and retention strategies that generate concrete results.

  • Monitor performance indicators (leads, pipeline, ROI, adoption) and adjust continuously.

  • Lead product launches and translate solutions into clear messages for the market.

  • Oversee all communications and brand activities.

  • Structure and lead the marketing team, including external partners.

  • Manage budgets and allocate investments.

What you need to qualify
  • Bilingual in French and English.

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, including team management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Relevant master’s degree: an asset.

  • Experience in the software industry or a tech environment: an asset.

  • Availability to work primarily from the Trois-Rivières office (presence required 4 days per week).
