We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent.
The selected person will be responsible for answering customer calls, following up on cases related to our various products, and providing the necessary support.
They will respond to questions, ensure follow-ups with insurers and partners, and provide assistance on product usage and technical issues.
They will be expected to make decisions that ensure outstanding customer service (quality / cost / timelines) while respecting organizational standards and agreements.
This role involves constant communication with customers and other members of the customer service team.

Note:
This position requires strong English skills, as the person will be communicating with a high volume of English-speaking clients.
Possess one to two years of relevant experience working with the public and in customer service
Ease in communicating over the phone
Strong knowledge of computer software
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
Excellent learning ability
Strong attention to detail
Courtesy and the ability to receive constructive feedback
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
