Main Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s products and services;

Inform customers about the products and services offered;

Respond to inquiries and quotation requests, and ensure proper follow-up in HubSpot and PREXTRA;

Identify client needs and actively listen to their expectations;

Prepare quotes in accordance with company standards;

Draft and finalize sales contracts and obtain client signatures;

Provide technical information when required;
-
Represent Boréal at various home and trade shows;

Prospect new clients and develop partnerships with construction partners;

Continuously review and adjust the annual action plan;

Manage the annual budget efficiently;

Find solutions that address client questions and requirements;

Follow up on client payments and assist in resolving outstanding balances.
Experience and qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in general sales;
- Knowledge of the real estate industry (an asset);
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Good autonomy and self-taught;
- Good stress management;
- Aptitude for customer relationship management;
- Reside in or around the Mauricie region.
