The incumbent assists with the processing and follow-up of recruitment files, primarily for the Residence, Emergency Services, and summer students, as well as supporting the Health and Safety Program Manager with various files related to the Corporation’s health and safety.

Temporary full-time position (non-unionized)

Requested skills

  • Must have a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or in a related field;
  • Must have an excellent knowledge of the various occupational health and safety laws and regulations;
  • Must have more than two years' experience in staffing and/or health and safety in an environment with multiple workloads and deadlines;
  • Experience in the health and long-term care environment would be an asset;
  • Experience in translating, preparing, and drafting documents, reports, and correspondence;
  • Thorough knowledge of word processing software (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and general knowledge of presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint);
  • Experience with MX and Citation software would be an asset;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written);
  • Valid Class G driver's license.
