We are seeking a dynamic and passionate educator to join the team at Delia School. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging, interactive lesson plans that foster a stimulating learning environment. A strong foundation in effective teaching strategies and the ability to apply creative methods to support student learning are essential.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to continuous learning are key. Proficiency in integrating technology and utilizing a variety of instructional approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners is highly valued. Experience or willingness to teach in a video conferencing environment will also be an asset.
This is a full time temporary teaching assignment to cover a leave, beginning on the first day of the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Alberta teaching certificate. The primary teaching responsibilities will include delivering the English Language Arts, Science and Math curricula at the junior high level.
Competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.
