About the Role :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist who’s proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to impactful projects. If you love organizing data, working with Excel, and collaborating across teams, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing :Working closely with our National Project Opportunity & Data Coordinator, you’ll support the full parameterization of our system and ensure accurate data processing. Key responsibilities include:

Creating and managing spreadsheets with precision

Identifying key data points from various sources
-
Verifying, correcting, and organizing data for accuracy and efficiency
-
Entering data into our internal systems and databases
-
Conducting data audits and updates
-
Responding to data retrieval requests from internal teams
-
Maintaining data backups and ensuring information security
-
Supporting related administrative and project tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required

Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

2-3 years of experience in a distribution or light manufacturing environment (preferred)

Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365), Power BI, and Microsoft Teams is a plus
-
Familiarity with the construction industry and data automation tools is an advantage
