Your day-to-day role

• Actively contribute to business development by identifying and seizing new opportunities ;
• Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions ;
• Leverage your expertise in risk analysis ;
• Ensure accurate and efficient follow-up and renewal management with attention to detail.

• You’re a natural salesperson, results-driven and business-development oriented: you enjoy negotiating, prospecting, and creating your own opportunities.
• You’re autonomous, proactive, and disciplined: you know how to manage your priorities, follow-ups, and client development without waiting to be told what to do.
• You’re curious: you ask questions, welcome feedback, and are always looking to learn and improve.
• You have a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills: you’re willing to put in the effort while building strong, trusting relationships with your clients.
• You either hold or are motivated to obtain your Commercial Damage Insurance Broker’s License through the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
