Description
Why This Role?
This isn’t a routine position. You will be a versatility champion, split across three high-impact areas:
- Regulatory & Funding Coordination (40%): You’ll be essential in supporting our work developing permit applications, monitoring regulatory deadlines, and assisting with grant applications to fuel our growth.
- Office Operations & Logistics (40%): From managing our CRM to coordinating international travel and event registrations, you’ll keep the team moving and the data clean.
- Communications & Marketing (20%): You’ll be the voice of our Canadian presence, executing social media calendars, contributing to our newsletters, and ensuring our bilingual communications are polished and professional.
Requested skills
- Proven Experience: 5–7 years in coordination, project support, or as an executive assistant—ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
- The "Self-Starter" Mindset: You are highly autonomous, exceptionally organized, and capable of managing multiple moving parts in a small-team environment.
- Bilingual Mastery: Complete professional fluency in both French and English is a must-have for translating documents and collaborating effectively with our English-speaking teams and partners on a daily basis.
- Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Office 365/Google Workspace and direct experience conceptualizing or managing a CRM database.

- Status: Full-time.
- Reports to: Director of Development, CA.
- Travel: Occasional travel for events or meetings.
