Accounts Payable Supervisor

I am looking for an accounts payable supervisor for a large international group located in Laval.

- Manage a team of 10 to 15 people
- Implement performance indicators
- Improve or optimise internal controls and processes.
- Lead various digital transformation and automation projects.
- Monitor daily operations and invoice payments
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide training, coaching and development for team members
- Perform all other related duties

What we are looking for:
- More than 5 years of experience in accounts payable
- More than 6 years of management experience
- Good communication skills and an approachable manner for managing staff
- Knowledge of PowerBI (an asset)
- Comfortable with technology
- A unifying spirit
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with international offices
